Description:
The park was created at the time of subdivision in 1932. Trespass (driveway) from neighbouring property on Alvord Crescent (Lot 4) has been ongoing since the house was built (est. 1950’s). There is additional trespassing with shed/s and fence/s with the adjacent properties on Alvord Crescent.

Lazo Road divides the park into two sections. The southern section is waterfront property with views and exposure to the east. This is composed of sand dunes with Dune Grass. The northern section is a sand dune community with Pine, Douglas Fir, Western White Pine, Nootka Rose, Broom, Bracken, Fern, Snowberry, Blackberry, Wild Sweetpea and sand dune grasses. Additionally there are some Garry Oak and domestic apple trees.
